Any student-athlete who enters a Division I collegiate institution and wishes to participate in intercollegiate athletics, must be certified by the NCAA Eligibility Center. We encourage you to begin the initial eligibility certification process as soon as possible. Delay in completing the process may affect your ability to practice and compete upon your arrival at Binghamton University. We would also encourage you to consult with your high school guidance office to check on your core-courses and grade point average in those core-courses.
To begin the certification process, you need to register with the NCAA Eligibility Center by completing a Student Release Form. This can be accomplished via the Internet at the NCAA Eligibility Center Web site or by obtaining it from the guidance office at your high school.
