Enter as many times as you like. Eligibility: Ages 5-12 are eligible to enter. How to enter: Submit on-line or mail in entry. For mail in entries, submit to: Binghamton University Athletics c/o Teacher Appreciation Contest Events Center, PO Box. 6000 Binghamton, NY 13902-6000 How to win: The Grand Prize winner will be selected from a panel of Dunkin' Donuts and Binghamton University Administration. All entries must be received on or before Feb. 1, 2013. (The selection will be held the week of February 4, 2013). Decision of the judges and Dunkin' Donuts is final. The grand prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email and must meet all eligibility requirements. By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the rules. Dunkin' Donuts and Binghamton University Athletics agents are not responsible for illegible, lost, delayed, or misdirected email or letters; busy phone signals, or incomplete entries. Grand Prize: (One) Hometown Hero Teacher will receive One Year supply of Dunkin' Donuts Coffee (either cups or pounds), Game Day VIP seating and recognition, special winner certificate. Approximate total value of the grand prize is $200. There are no other prizes. The Grand Prize is non-transferable. There may be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner. However, Dunkin' Donuts reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent or legal guardian of winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to entire prize. Winner or Parent or legal guardian of Grand Prize winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification Form ("the Form") that: a) releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Dunkin Donuts and Binghamton University, its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and successor companies, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, advertising agencies and promotional sponsors (collectively the "Release") from and against any and all harm, expense, liability or injury that may be sustained relating to or arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize; and b) authorizes the Releasee to use the winners' names, likenesses, photographs, voices and biographical data for any purpose, in any media, unless prohibited by law. Prize will not be released until Dunkin Donuts and Binghamton University Athletics receives all required documents. Failure of Grand Prize winner to return the Forms within the required timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of any prizes and all such prizes shall be awarded to an alternate winner. In the event of a prize forfeiture, the winner or parent or legal guardian of the winner forfeiting prize will sign a Prize Forfeit Form and return to Binghamton University Athletics within ten (10) days of receiving the Form. Unforeseen Events: Dunkin Donuts and Binghamton University Athletics reserves the right to change this sweepstakes at its sole discretion at any time that Dunkin Donuts and Binghamton University Athletics become aware of any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the sweepstakes security or fairness. Dunkin Donuts and Binghamton University Athletics reserves the right to announce any sweepstakes rules changes over the air, in print or posters. Dunkin Donuts and Binghamton University Athletics is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason. List of Winners: For a copy of winner list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Binghamton University Athletics Department.
