- A10 Conference regular season and tournament champions
- A senior captain and four-year letterwinner at local Vestal HS
- Named a 2008 U.S. Lacrosse All American-Honorable Mention
- Competed in the 2006 NYS Empire Games and was a three year Section 4 All Star
- Holds Vestal’s school record for career goals with 162 and points (200) and single-season record for goals (55)
- Competitively tap danced for ten years
