Junior Season (2011-12):

  • NCAA All-American with third-place national finish at 149 pounds
  • As No. 4 seed, went 7-1 to record highest NCAA finish of any BU wrestler in program history
  • Was only wrestler at NCAA Championship (out of 330) to win seven matches - all in a row after a first-round loss
  • Went 40-5 with nine pins, eight tech falls and 11 major decisions
  • Was 18-1 in duals with 15 bonus-point wins
  • Only dual loss was to unbeaten No. 2 Jamal Parks of Oklahoma State (5-3)
  • CAA champion and Most Outstanding Wrestler at championship
  • Named CAA Wrestler of the Year
  • Runnerup at Penn State Open, third at Cornell Body Bar and fourth at Reno Tournament of Champions
  • Three of his five defeats came against the top 3 wrestlers in the country

  • Flirted with undefeated dual season before dropping match to 12th-ranked wrestler from American
  • Named CAA Wrestler of the Week in January
  • Ranked as high as No. 7 in country
  • Repeat NCAA qualifier at 149 pounds
  • CAA runner-up for second straight year
  • Posted 5-3 decision over two-time reigning NCAA champion Kyle Dake of Cornell in regular season dual
  • Earned No. 9 seed at NCAAs
  • Placed fourth at BU Open

Freshman Season (2009-10):

  • NCAA qualifier at 149 lbs.
  • Knocked out 12th-seeded wrestler 5-2 in NCAA consolation match
  • CAA runnerup
  • Went 33-13 overall, 15-6 in duals
  • Collected team-high five technical falls with five pins and three major decisions
  • Won title at season-opening BU Open
  • Placed fifth at both Cornell Body Bar and Penn State Open

Redshirt Freshman Season (2008-09):

  • Competed in four invitationals
  • Posted a record of 24-2 overall
  • Won titles at Brute/Binghamton Open and Alfred State Open
  • Placed third at South Scuffle and fifth at Buffalo Open
  • Placed eighth at Junior World Championship in Greco-Roman
