  • Placed a career-best 43rd overall at the NCAA Championships

  • Finished a team-best 42nd overall at the Lehigh Paul Short Run
  • Was a team-best 26th overall at the Penn State National Open
  • During the outdoor track season, he won the 1,500 at the America East Championships and placed eighth at the NCAA East Regional Meet

Before Binghamton

  • Placed a team-best 11th at the 2006 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) meet for Canisius
  • Named the MAAC Runner of the Week twice his freshman season
  • Transferred to Binghamton in January 2008 and placed fourth in the 1,500 and sixth in the 800 at the America East Outdoor Track Championships
  • 2007 America East Academic Honor Roll

Before College

  • Finished 24th at the 2006 Foot Locker Northeast Regional Championships
  • Named Second-Team All-State by the New York State Sports Writers Association (NYSSWA)
  • Placed third at the Class D State Meet his senior year and 18th at the New York State (NYS) Federation Meet
