Student-athletes on the men’s and women’s soccer teams, volleyball squad and cross country teams who attained a 3.0 for the fall semester were selected to the honor roll.
The Bearcats ranked third among the nine conference schools in terms of the percentage of eligible student-athletes being named to the Fall 2013 America East Academic Honor Roll. Hartford had 78.8 percent followed by New Hampshire with 73.1 percent.

“We continue to be very proud of the academic success of our student-athletes,” Director of Athletics Patrick Elliott said. “Our student-athletes are committed to excellence both in and out of the classroom.’”
As an overall department across all sports, Binghamton’s student-athletes attained a 3.15 GPA for the Fall 2013 semester. It marked the third-highest semester average during the athletic department’s 13-year NCAA Division I era.
