Cross country teams both earn USTFCCCA All-Academic honors
Women selected for ninth straight season, men tabbed for sixth consecutive year

VESTAL, N.Y. – The Binghamton men’s and women’s cross country squads have both earned All-Academic Team honors from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for the 2013 season.
All cross country teams that had a team GPA of at least a 3.0 during the Fall 2013 semester earned USFTCCCA All-Academic honors. The Bearcat women’s team earned an overall GPA of 3.26 while the men’s squad attained a 3.06 GPA.
“I’m very proud of our cross country teams’ academic accomplishments this past fall,” head coach Annette Acuff said. “This is a true testament to our student-athletes’ commitment to academics as well as the support of our academic advising staff.”
This marks the ninth consecutive year that the Binghamton women’s team has earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors. The Bearcat men were selected for the sixth straight season.
