VESTAL, N.Y.—Binghamton women’s soccer seniors Sarah Furminger and Jamie Holliday received honors and the largest senior class in program history (11) was recognized as part of the 66th Annual Varsity Awards Program Thursday night at the Events Center.

More than 400 students, staff, families and supporters were on hand as the department unveiled its 2012-13 award winners. The event was streamed live on BU’s website for the seventh straight year. The evening also included a Senior Recognition Dinner and culminated with the annual highlight video, produced by former soccer player and webmaster Elsan Dzudza ‘98.

Furminger was selected as team MVP and Holliday earned a BUAC Citizenship Award.
