PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Binghamton men’s tennis (1-2) dropped just one match in a 6-1 win over Bryant (5-2) Sunday afternoon at Brown’s Pizotolla Sports Center. The Bearcats captured the doubles point and then won five of six singles matches to earn the team’s first win of the spring season.

“It was nice to bounce back after losing a tough match to Xavier yesterday,” head coach Adam Cohen said. “We had good sustained energy throughout the match and hopefully we can continue on that track through practice this week and into our matches against Cleveland State and Penn State this weekend.”

The Bearcats host Cleveland State at 7 p.m. Friday at the Binghamton Tennis Center and then travel to Penn State for an 11 a.m. Sunday tilt.
