Providence, RI—Ivy league power Brown (2-2) rolled past visiting Binghamton (3-5) 7-0 Sunday afternoon at the Pizzitola Center Courts. The Bears, who are currently ranked No. 68 in the nation, won all six singles matches in straight sets to pick up their second dual victory of the spring
The Bearcats started freshmen in their top four singles spots, but were unable to push any games past a second set as they struggled against one of the premier teams in the northeast. Both Krasowski and Camhi are in the top-15 of the ITA Northeast rankings at singles and have been dynamic as a doubles duo this season for the Bears. With the loss, BU went 1-2 this weekend, with their 4-3 win over Pittsburgh being a highlight of the young season.
BU returns to action next Sunday when they travel to SUNY rival Buffalo. The Bulls are a perfect 4-0 in dual matches in 2012-2013.
