Immediate Release: March 18, 2006 FRESNO, Calif. - Gonzaga (14-10) scored 10 runs in the first three innings and rolled to a 12-1 win over Binghamton (2-5-1) Saturday at the Pepsi/Johnny Quik Classic. The Zags plated four runs in the first inning and blew the game open with five more runs in the third. That was more than enough offense as the Bearcats were limited to four hits. Binghamton concludes the tournament with a Saturday night game against Bucknell. |
