Binghamton University basketball teams to hold free kids clinic on October 23

VESTAL, N.Y.--The Binghamton University men's and women's basketball programs will conduct a free clinic for boys and girls ages 12 and under from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 23 at the Events Center. No registration is required.

Kids need only to wear sneakers and bring a basketball.

Bearcat players and coaches will demonstrate key basketball fundamentals to help kids improve their game. Baxter the Bearcat will be on hand, and players will be available for an autograph session after the clinic. Each child will also receive a "goody" bag.

The BU men's and women's programs begin official team practices on Saturday, October 16. The first men's game is a November 3 home exhibition against St. Rose. The women open with a home exhibition contest against Le Moyne on November 9.
