Coach Al Walker...

On the game:

"I was especially pleased with Nick's performance down the stretch. He didn't back away from making plays, and he had been uncomfortable at the beginnig of the game. It was huge for us that he continued to compete the way he did."

"We made some good stops down the stretch, and it was just the one off the rim at the end that we couldn't corral. We did a better job taking care of the ball in the second half."

On Joe White:

"Joe White stepped up and played quality minutes. I didn't look at us playing without Sebastian [Hermenier] and after Alex left the game as being shorthanded. It was an opportunity for someone else to step in. Giovanni Olomo also was in there for two big defensive positions towards the end, and he did his job both times."

On battling back in the second half each time Boston University made a run:

"There was some good growth. We executed the things we drew up, which made me feel comfortable coming down the stretch, because we had problems with that in the past. On the last possession, there were other options than going to Nick, but Joel Casseus was comfortable going to him, and that's what we did."

On Joel Casseus:

"It was great to give Joel a chance to play 25 minutes, especially since Troy [Hailey] was a little scattered today. Joel is a hard worker and determined, and the more positive experiences he gets, the better we will be down the road."
