"We are very happy to bring the excitement of Late Nite Madness back to campus," head men's basketball coach Kevin Broadus said. "We look forward to an exciting night and a great season."

"Our players and coaching staff are looking forward to taking part in Late Nite Madness," head women's basketball coach Rich Conover said. "We expect it to be a great start to the season for both teams."

"This event is a huge source of school spirit and we are very excited to be a part of making athletic teams an important aspect of student life at this university," Vice Chair of SA Programming Board David Belsky said.

"In response to the overwhelming student interest, Late Nite Binghamton is
glad to help bring back Late Nite Madness," Late Nite Binghamton Coordinator Justin Joseph said. "With the support of both the Athletic Department and the Student Association, this amazing student event will return to the Events Center this fall."

The festivities will include a series of contests and raffles sponsored by

the Binghamton Pep Band.

The evening will conclude with both Bearcat teams being introduced to the
crowd. The women's team will then take part in a three-point shooting
contest followed by the men's squad competing in a slam dunk contest. The
