Binghamton men's soccer loses 1-0 at Bucknell

Box Score

LEWISBURG, Pa.-- Conor O'Brien scored in the 53rd minute, leading Bucknell (6-3-0) to a 1-0 win over Binghamton (5-4-0) at Holmes Stadium on Wednesday night. The loss ends the Bearcats' season-high three-game winning streak.

O'Brien netted his team-high seventh goal of the season when he got a loose ball in front of the goal and knocked it into the net. It marked the second straight year he has scored against the Bearcats.

Binghamton outshot Bucknell 16-11 for the game but Tommy Caso made six saves for the Bison to preserve the shutout.

The Bearcats return home to face Rhode Island on Saturday at 7 p.m.
