Keegan named America East Men's Soccer Rookie of the Week

VESTAL, N.Y.-- Freshman forward Jake Keegan has been named the America East Rookie of the Week for the first time in his career. He earned the honor by virtue of his performance against Boston University this past week.

Keegan had a career-high three points in Binghamton's 2-1 win over defending conference champions on Friday night in a game aired nationally on tne Fox Soccer Channel. He scored a goal and added an assist.

Keegan now has a team-best three goals and ranks second on the squad with nine total points.

Binghamton (7-5-1, 2-1-0 AE) travels to Hartford on Wednesday for a 7 p.m. game.
