VESTAL, N.Y. --Sophomore forward Cameron Keith (Aberdeenshire, Scotland) has been named to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week for the week ending Oct. 7. He earns the honor by virtue of his two-goal performance against Boston on Saturday night at the Bearcats Sports Complex.

Keith, who was named the America East Conference Player of the Week on Oct. 1, scored the game-winning goal with 16 seconds left in the first sudden-death overtime as the Bearcats defeated the Terriers 2-1. Earlier in the game, he tied the score at 1-1 in the 33rd minute.

Through 10 games, Keith leads the Bearcats with five goals and 11 total points. He recorded a hat trick on Sept. 29 against Cornell and has scored all five Binghamton goals the past two games.

Binghamton is 8-2-0 (1-0-0 in the America East) and is receiving votes in the current College Soccer News Top 30 National Poll. The Bearcats host UMBC on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
