BU men's soccer falls 2-0 to No. 15 Monmouth
Bearcats sqaure off against second straight nationally-ranked opponent

MORGANTOWN, W.V.-- Ryan Kinne scored twice, leading ninth-ranked Monmouth to a 2-0 win over Binghamton in the final round of the West Virginia Men's Soccer Classic on Sunday afternoon. The game marked the Bearcats second straight contest against a nationally-ranked opponent.

Kinne, who finished the weekend with three goals against Binghamton, got both of his goals in the wanning moments of each half. He opened the scoring in the 41st minute and iced the match in the 87th minute.

Binghamton competed well against the Hawks, outshooting them 12-10 for the game.

Up next for the Bearcats is the Penn State Tournament next weekend.

NOTE: Senior back Kyle Manscuk and senior forward Scott Zobre were named to the all-tournament team.
