and Stenta ranked among NCAA Division I leader in men's soccer
VESTAL, N.Y. --Sophomore forward Cameron
Keith (Aberdeenshire, Scotland) and sophomore goalkeeper
Jason Stenta (Binghamton, N.Y.) have
cracked the top 10 in this week's NCAA Division I men's soccer
statistics. Keith is ranked fifth with 0.83 goals per game and
sixth with 1.83 points per game. Stenta, meanwhile, is ranked
ninth with a 0.548 goals against average.
Keith, who has been named the America East Player of the Week
three times this season, has scored 10 goals and accumulated
22 points in just 12 games. Stenta, who was named the America
East Player of the Week on Sept. 4, has been ranked nationally
all-season but is making his first appearance in the top 10.
Binghamton (12-4-0, 4-2-0 AE)
is in first place in the America East with a pair of regular
season road games remaining before the conference tournament.
The Bearcats are at Vermont on Wednesday at 2 p.m. and at Stony
Brook on Saturday at 1 p.m.
