2006 NCAA Men's Soccer Selection Show Quotes

Head Coach Paul Marco

On the matchup with Harvard:

"I think playing the Ivy League Champions will be a great challenge for our guys. I think its going to be a very diffiicult match for us, we will certainly be the underdogs going into that match. The guys were great today in training we had a few guys banged up this weekend but I'm looking for a great response from our guys and I think we have a good chance to get through that match.

On the advantages of playing in a conference tournament:

"I think whenever you are playing games consistently its an advantage and if they're close and you find a way to win a game it certainly breeds confidence late in a game when its very close you've been there before and know what the feeling is like."

Captain Kyle Antos

On playing Harvard:

"We've played in Boston many times before and Harvard is familiar with the America East and knows what we're about and they'll be ready for us.

Goalkeeper Jason Stenta:

On winning the America East Championship and moving on the the NCAA Tournament:

"It's a great feeling we got the chance and we made the most of it, now we're going to Harvard. Hopefully a lot of family comes out, alot of guys and student athletes come out and support us so it feels like a home game. Hopefully we can go out there and get the goals and get the victory and move on to play UCLA."
