Binghamton swept in dual meet at Towson

TOWSON, Md..--Visiting Binghamton was swept by Towson in a dual meet on Saturday afternoon. The men's team lost 156-71 while the women's team lost 151-86.

Senior Yun Qu (Hangzhou, China), was Binghamton's lone double winner on the day, as she captured the 1000 free (10:28.78) and the 200 butterfly (2:07.67). Other individual winners on the women's side were senior Amy DeWitt (Mastic, N.Y.), who won the 400 IM (4:43.47) and freshman Kaitlyn Dameron (Albany, N.Y.) won the one-meter diving competition (188.70).

On the men's side, senior Chris McGuire (Essex, England) was the lone individual winner, as he finished first in the 400 IM (4:06.31).

Binghamton hosts UMBC on Saturday at 1 p.m.
