VESTAL, N.Y. -- Fresh off the program's second straight America East men's tennis crown, Binghamton dominated the postseason awards announced Thursday by the conference. The Bearcats put their entire starting lineup on the all-conference teams and grabbed two of three major awards.

Sophomore Sven Vloedgraven was voted the Player of the Year by the conference coaches. Vloedgraven, BU's No. 1 player, went 7-1 at the top spot down the stretch and won both his singles matches at the America East Championship. He also earned first team all-conference honors for the second straight year. Vloedgraven is 26-9 overall, 17-4 in duals.

Joining him on the singles first team are junior No. 2 and captain Moshe Levy, freshman No. 3 Gilbert Wong and sophomore No. 4 Arnav Jain.

Wong, who owns a BU-best 31 match victories and a 17-3 dual mark, was named Rookie of the Year. He previously was selected as the tournament's Most Outstanding Player after clinching BU's team title with a straight-set win at third singles against Stony Brook.

Freshmen Alexandre Haggai and Rafael Rodrigues earned second team singles honors at No. 5 and No. 6 respectively.

In doubles, the tandem of Levy and Jain earned first-team honors at the No. 2 position. Vloedgraven and Wong were second team at No. 1 and Haggai and Rodrigues were second team at No. 3.
