Binghamton men's tennis blanked by Cornell 7-0

ITHACA, N.Y. - Cornell (5-4) captured all nine matches and defeated Binghamton men's tennis (4-4) 7-0 Friday afternoon at the Reis Tennis Center. The Big Red seized the doubles point before sweeping all six singles matches.

"We played pretty well but were a little outmanned at each position," head coach Michael Starke said. "Still all in all I was happy with how the team conducted itself. We're playing okay but still need to get a little bit sharper."

Binghamton next hosts Marist College Saturday night indoors at 7 p.m. at the Binghamton Tennis Center.
