Immediate Release: February 13, 2007 ITHACA, N.Y. - Visiting Binghamton (2-6) posted a win at first singles but lost every other match en route to a 6-1 defeat to Cornell Tuesday night from the Reis Tennis Center. Junior No. 1 Faisal Mohamed (Lynbrook, N.Y.) won his fourth straight match, earning a 6-4, 3-6, 11-9 win over Josh Raff. He is now 16-7 overall and 5-3 in dual matches. Binghamton faces Buffalo (Feb. 17) and St. Bonaventure (Feb. 18) this weekend in Olean. DOUBLES |
