BU men's tennis rolls past East Carolina 6-1
Bearcats seize five of six singles matches to win second in row

GREENVILLE, N.C. -- Binghamton men's tennis (4-12) won the doubles point before rattling off five singles wins to topple host East Carolina (10-6) 6-1 Friday afternoon.

Senior Sven Vloedgraven, ranked No. 95 in the country, pushed his win streak to six with a commanding 6-2, 6-2 win over Jaraslav Horvath. Vloedgraven is 24-7 overall, 13-2 in duals. Senior No. 2 Arnav Jain also scored a straight-set win, giving him 13 dual wins in 16 matches. Jain has 93 career singles wins with seven dual matches remaining in the regular season plus the America East Championship. He is attempting to join Vloedgraven at the 100-win plateau.

The Bearcats continue spring break action Saturday at Elon.
