BU men's tennis topples George Washington 7-0

ITHACA, N.Y. -- Binghamton men's tennis (6-1) kept rolling with a 7-0 victory over George Washington Saturday at the Reis Tennis Center. The Bearcats' other match against Bucknell was postponed.

GW is coached by former BU standout Greg Munoz '92. Munoz was a three-time NCAA qualifier and ITA East Region Senior Player of the Year in 1992.

Junior No. 1 Sven Vloedgraven and sophomore No. 4 Gilbert Wong posted an 8-6 win at the top doubles spot before each scored a straight set singles win. Vloedgraven is 18-6 in singles while Wong improved to 15-6 overall.

Binghamton next travels to New Jersey to face Princeton on March 6.
