Binghamton track & field opens outdoor season at Princeton/Sam Howell Invitational
PRINCETON, N.J. -- Casey Gilbert was second in the 400 hurdles, highlighting the Binghamton track & field squads' performances at the Princeton/Sam Howell Invitational on Saturday. There was no team scoring in the meet, which was the opening outdoor competition of the year for the Bearcats.
Gilbert clocked a time of 54.05 in the event, just ahead of junior teammate Robb Quiller, who finished fourth (55.49)
The Binghamton women were led by freshman Alexis Murray, who placed fourth in the javelin (120-10).
Up next for Binghamton is the Cornell April Open on Saturday at 10 a.m.
