Sophomore Season (2010-11) Swept the 5,000 and 10,000 individual titles at the America East Outdoor Track Championships Earned all-conference honors by placing third in the 5,000 and second in the 3,000 at the America East Indoor Track Championships Placed 16th overall in the 10,000 at the NCAA East Regional Outdoor Track Championships Earned all-conference honors during the cross country season with a team-best fifth-place finish at the America East Championships Freshman Season (2009-10) Named the America East Outdoor Track Most Outstanding Men's Rookie after winning the 10,000 and placing second in the 5,000 at the conference outdoor meet. Finished second in the 5,000 and third in the 3,000 at the America East Indoor Track Championships Earned all-conference honors during the cross country season with a 10th-place finish at the America East Championships Before Binghamton Won the 3,200 at the New York State Outdoor Track Championships in a time of 8:57, which smashed the Section 4 record by eight seconds.
