Quiller wins pole vault, Johnson eighth in triple jump at Penn State National Open

ITHACA, N.Y. - Sophomore Rory Quiller (West Point, N.Y.) won the pole vault and freshman Dayna Johnson (Brentwood, N.Y.) was eighth in the women's triple jump, highlighting Binghamton's performance at the Penn State National Indoor Track Open this weekend.

Although Quiller's winning height of 17-0 3/4 was not as the 17-2 he cleared at the Cornell Invitational last weekend, he still met the NCAA provisional height for the second week in a row. Johnson's distance of 38-8 3/4 was her best performance in the triple jump this season.
