4 Earned all-conference honors with a second-place finish at the America East Championships

Junior Season (2008)

4 The team MVP.
4 Named all-conference after his team-best, third-place finish at the America East Championships.
4 The team's top finisher with a 39th-place performance at the NCAA Northeast Regional Meet.
4 Won the season-opening Baltimore Metro Invitational in a field of 122 runners.
4 The Bearcats second runner at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (92nd out of 298).
4 Named to the America East Fall Academic Squad.
4 During the indoor track season, he won the 5,000 and was third in the 3,000 at the America East Championships.
4 During the outdoor track season, he was fourth in both the 5,000 and 10,000 at the America East Championships.

2007 Season

4 Redshirted during the cross country season.
4 During the indoor track season, he placed third in the 5,000 and fourth in the 3,000 at the America East Championships.
4 During the outdoor track season, he placed fifth in the 5,000 and fourth in the 10,000 at the America East Championships.

Freshman Season (2006)

4 The team MVP.
4 Binghamton's top runner in five races.
4 Placed 28th at the America East Conference Meet and 18th at the season-ending IC4A Championship.
4 During the indoor track season, he was fifth in the 5,000 and seventh in the 3,000 at the America East Championships.
4 During the outdoor track season, he was seventh in the 5,000 at the America East Championships.

Before Binghamton

4 Won the Section 4A cross country title as a junior and placed ninth at the 4A state meet.
4 As a senior, he placed third in the Section 4AA race.
4 A two-time team MVP and All-STAC selection.
4 A member of the National Honor Society and the senior class president.

Personal

4 Born March 25, 1988.
4 Parents are Jerry and Bette Anne Gaube.
4 Majoring in literature and rhetoric.
4 His father Jerry was a Hall of Fame pitcher for Binghamton from 1973-76 and his mother Bette Anne currently works in the Binghamton athletic department.
4 His older brother Tom was on the Binghamton baseball team and graduated in 2006.
4 Inducted into the National Student-Athlete Honors Society in April 2008.
