cross country wins opener; Women place third Gaube finished ahead of 122 runners in the men's race, completing the 5,000-meter course in a time of 15:29. He was followed by sophomore Erik van Ingen (15:40, 2nd), sophomore Andrew Ugolino (15:43, 3rd), senior Adam Hill (15:44, 4th), and sophomore Adam Quinn (16:00, 6th). On the women's side, Radzik shattered the course record by 16 seconds, completing the 5,000-meter course in a time of 18:03. Following Radzik were senior Jamie Schulte finishing eighth (18:53), sophomore Ashley Horton finishing 12th (19:20), freshman Ryann Cretney 16th (19:33), and senior Jennifer Hastings 19th (19:41). The mens squad finished with eight in the top ten, while the women claimed ten spots of the top 30. Both squads return to action at the Buffalo (Univ.)
