Before Binghamton

4 A three-year letterwinner in track and cross country at Shenendehowa.
4 Placed third on his team and 40th overall at the 2006 Nike Team National Cross Country Championships. Shenendehowa finished sixth as a team in that meet.
4 Was 30th at the NYS Federation Meet and 16th at the Class AA State Meet as a senior.
4 Won the Empire State Games steeplechase title as a senior.
