Placed 13th at the America East Championships.
Finished 12th out of 235 runners at the season-ending IC4A Championships.
Took fourth place in a field of 110 runners at the Buffalo Stampede.

Freshman Season (2007)

Finshed 34th at the America East Championships.
The team's fifth runner at the NCAA Northeast Regional Meet as well as the season-ending IC4A Championships.
During the outdoor track season, he finished eighth in the 5,000 and seventh in the steeplechase at the America East Championships.
During the intdoor track season, he finished eighth in the 5,000 at the America East Championships.

Before Binghamton

A three-year letterwinner in track and cross country at Shenendehowa.
Placed third on his team and 40th overall at the 2006 Nike Team National Cross Country Championships. Shenendehowa finished sixth as a team in that meet.
Was 30th at the NYS Federation Meet and 16th at the Class AA State Meet as a senior.
Won the Empire State Games steeplechase title as a senior.
