Suker Bio
Throughout
the 2009 season, Binghamton softball players will be featured
in up-close player profiles that will seek to provide
in-depth information and insight that goes beyond the press releases
and media guide.
The reason why I wear my jersey number: I have always
worn this number with every softball team I have ever played
on, my sister was #5 and I liked the #4.
My
pregame superstition: Having
the same pattern of getting ready, unpacking equipment, stretching,
and then warming up.
What is your favorite part about your sport: Since I am
a pitcher, my favorite part is being involved in every single
play.
My first memory of softball: Throwing with my friend Greg
in T-ball and I got hit in the head with the ball and cried because
I couldn't fit my hat back on.
My biggest athletic thrill: Winning games.
Most famous person ever met: Dot Richardson and Lisa Fernandez.
Favorite professional athlete: Hideki Matsui.
Favorite sports movie: Love and Basketball.
Funniest
teammate: Deannie Plemon.
Childhood idol: My older sister.
What do you see yourself doing after Binghamton: Being
a social worker in a hospital or school to help people.
Most people don't know this about me but: I'm exceedingly
scared of all scary movies.
My best non-athletic talent: Arts and Crafts.
What's on my TV: Animal Planet.
What's on my iPod: Country music, especially the Rascal
Flatts. |
