VESTAL, N.Y. -- Freshman
Lindsay Mueller (West Bend, Wis.) has been named the America East Conference Setter of the Week for Sep. 3-9, earning her first career weekly accolade.

Mueller earned all-tournament honors this past weekend as Binghamton won the Golden Flash Invitational going 3-0, beating Canisius, Youngstown State and Kent State. Mueller averaged 12.63 assists per game and 4.55 digs per game.

Mueller recorded two double-doubles on the weekend, one against Canisius (32 assists, 15 digs) and one against Kent State (66 assists, 27 digs). Her 66 assists against the previously unbeaten Golden Flash were the second-highest match total in Binghamton's Division 1 history and her 27 digs were the third-highest match total for a Bearcat during the D1 era.

Mueller is currently ranked fifth in the America East Conference in digs per game with an average of 3.86.

Binghamton returns to action on Tuesday night with a home match versus Syracuse at 7 p.m.
