Head Coach Rich Conover

On the game:

"Our shots just didn't fall today, which has been the story all season for us but I think the ball is going to have to start bouncing our way pretty soon."

On the injuries:
"With the injuries to our starters it has been tough but everyone has been working hard and I think that will make us a better, stronger team in the end."

Laura Franceski, Sophmore Forward

On Villanova:
"They moved very well together and were very patient about waiting for good shots to open up and that made them very tough to guard."

Brianna Thompson, Junior Forward

On the team's shooting:

"Sometimes we miss a shot and then we rush the next one, when what we need to do is slow down and work through our plays.

On Villanova:
"They excecuted their offense very well and forced us to run alot more than we are used to. We needed to do a better job talking to each other out there on defense."

Coach Harry Perretta

On the game:

"I thought we played well today, we made some timely shots in the second half to get our lead up around fifteen points and give us some breathing room."

On the play of Kyle Doughtery:
"She was very aggressive today offensively and I was very pleased about that. We've been working with her to get her to take more shots and be more aggressive and today she did that."
