Edwards and Musso earn women's lacrosse all-conference honors

VESTAL, N.Y.-- Sophomore Danielle Edwards (Horseheads, N.Y.) and freshman Leanne Musso (Auburn, N.Y.) have been named to the 2005 America East Women's Lacrosse All-Conference teams. Edwards was named to the second team while Musso was an All-Rookie selection.

Edwards' 33 goals this season broke the school record of 30 goals set by Becky Green in 2004. She also led the Bearcats with 39 total points. Edwards scored a career-high four goals four times this season and turned in 10 multiple-goal games.

Musso ranked second on the squad with 21 goals and 30 total points. She had nine two-goal games and scored in all but three games this year. Her best game was a two-goal, three-assist performance against Siena on March 17.

Binghamton ended the season with a 3-12 record (0-6 in the America East Conference).
