Sophomore 149-pound Nate Patterson (Ontario, N.Y.) and his younger brother, freshman Josh Patterson (Ontario, N.Y.) each won twice for the Bearcats. Nate posted a 10-1 major decision against Princeton and added a 9-1 major decision against Bucknell. Josh moved up to 184 pounds and pinned his Princeton opponent in 2:23 before earning an 11-3 major decision against Bucknell. He improved to 7-2 overall, 4-1 in duals.
In the Princeton match, BU collected three pins and another technical fall. Freshman Mike Kleeman (Mt. Sinai, N.Y.) needed just 1:13 to pin his opponent at 125. Freshman 141-pound Brandon Toro-Segarra (Brentwood, N.Y.) scored a fall in just 1:31. At 133, freshman Kareem Naguib (Clifton Park, N.Y.) produced a 17-2 technical fall.
The Bucknell match could've been closer as the Bearcats dropped a one-point decision at 157, a two-point decision at 184 and a four-point decision at 125.
Binghamton stays in the Keystone State for the Penn State Nittany Lion Open on Sunday.
