Binghamton wrestling falls to No. 4 Oklahoma State 32-9
No. 17 Patterson wins via pin for Bearcats

STILLWATER, Okla. -- Binghamton wrestling (14-7-2) fell to No. 4 Oklahoma State 32-9 Friday night in front of 1,806 fans in Gallagher-Iba Arena.

Senior 174-pound Josh Patterson pinned Alex Munoz in 3:59 and freshman 149-pound Donnie Vinson won by dec. over Luke Silver, 9-7. Patterson and Vinson were the only Bearcats to win.

All eight of the winning Oklahoma State wrestlers are ranked nationally, including top-ranked 285-pound Jared Rosholt and third-ranked Jordan Oliver at 133 pounds. Rosholt and Oliver each won by tech fall.

The Bearcats next head to Lawrenceville, N.J. for the CAA Championship, March 5-6 at Rider University.
