Binghamton women's soccer falls to Hartford 2-0

VESTAL, N.Y. -- The Hartford Hawks (3-5-3, 1-0-1 AE) used two second-half goals to defeat Binghamton (2-8-2, 1-2 AE) Sunday afternoon in an America East women's soccer match at the Bearcats Sports Complex.

Hartford freshman Michelle Orelli scored the Hawks first goal in the 57th minute of the game off an assist from junior Kacey Busque. Busque netted a goal of her own in the 65th minute to round out the scoring.

Hartford out-shot Binghamton 9-5 in the decisive second half.

Binghamton's sophomore goalkeeper Erin Iman (Bel Air, Md.) made five saves in the game.

Binghamton returns to action at Albany on Thursday at 3 p.m.
