Junior Season (2006-07): Won the triple jump (40-8.75), took second in the 400 hurdles (1:02.93) and was part of the first-place 4x400 relay team at the America East Conference Outdoor Championships ... qualified for the NCAA Regional Championships in the triple jump and the 4x400 relay.

Sophomore Season (2005-06): Placed second in the heptathlon (4,286), third in the triple jump (39-8) and fourth in the long jump (18-5 1/4) at the America East Conference Outdoor Championships ... finished fourth both the long and triple jumps at the America East Conference Indoor Championships with distances of 17-9 3/4 and 38-9 1/2 respectively ... was ninth in the triple jump (38-3 1/2) at the ECAC Indoor Championships.

Freshman Season (2004-05): Won the long jump (18-11 3/4), was second in the triple jump (40-1 1/4) and fifth in the 400 (57.73) at the America East Conference Outdoor Meet ... placed second in the triple jump (38-9) and third in the 500 (1:15.90) at the America East Conference Indoor Meet ... won the triple jump at the Larry Ellis Invitational (40-1 1/4) and the Cornell Big Red Invitational (39-1).

Before Binghamton: Received all-league, all-state, and all-federation honors while at Brentwood.
